Ms. Tendai Matika is the Head of Africa at the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI). The PRI is a UN-supported organisation, with a network of more than 5,000 signatories working to incorporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors in investment and ownership decisions. As a leading advocate for responsible investment and ESG incorporation across the continent, Tendai plays a pivotal role in driving adoption of the PRI —encouraging institutional investors to align their strategies with sustainability goals, global best practices, and long-term value creation.
Tendai holds tertiary qualifications in Social Policy and Development, Development Studies and Public Governance from the University of Johannesburg.
