Dr. William Nyaega Motende is the CEO of Attain Enterprise Solutions Limited, a leading provider of pension technology solutions in Africa. With over 18 years of expertise in pension systems and ICT innovation across Africa, Dr. Motende has led the successful deployment of Regulatory Business Support Systems (RBSS) for pension regulators in Kenya, Uganda, and Ghana. Under his leadership, Attain integrated a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform with Kenya’s RBSS to enhance stakeholder engagement and operational efficiency.

He will be a guest speaker at the 6th Africa Pension Supervisors’ Association (APSA) Conference, to be held in July 2025 in Marrakech, Morocco, where he will share insights on technology-driven transformation in pension supervision.
